21 year old Enduro World Series racer Isabeau Courdurier has starred in a Trans World Sport documentary segment.

The French rider is one of enduro’s rising stars and finished fourth in the overall standings last year despite studying for a degree alongside her racing. She rides for Rocky Mountain and is sure to only improve on her results as she matures as a racer.

In the documentary Courdurier shows us around her home in Aix en Provence including her garage that houses the bike she first competed on and her current competition bike – a Rocky Mountain Altitude.

Courdurier credits some of her success to incorporating other action sports into her training. She says: “I think I’ve been inspired by my experiences of wakeboarding and skateboarding. I like to make those same kind of fluid lines when I’m on my bike. It’s really important to develop a range of abilities if you’re going to perform well in mountain biking. You have to keep things fresh and try out different sports, not just limit yourself to one.”

Trans World Sport is the world’s longest running weekly international television sports programme that regularly profiles rising stars in mainstream and fringe sports.
