The All-Road has an integrated heal cup, strap and buckle, which combine to give a secure fit, even off the bike. This is a big improvement over the old Nike Carnerso, where the main strap would cut into your ankle. Nike’s tacky rubber outsole offers good grip and the soft nature of the rubber adds cushioning to the ultra-stiff carbon base. Overall the cut of the All-Road is narrow, though. Durable, stiff and relatively comfortable, the Nike Lance All-Road is a good option for the energy conscious.
