A Lycra cuff takes the place of any closure on the Chiba glove, but it is not stretchy or long enough to seal the opening, allowing breezes to enter. A Eurotex liner provides breathable, waterproof performance and the requisite silicon and gel are present on the palms. Unfortunately the palm bunches up, and with the cuffs’ downfalls there are better gloves out there.
