Mostly rides: North Leeds
Height: 6ft 4in (193cm)
Weight: 84kg
Since the very first time he swung a leg over a bicycle on his childhood driveway and having the stabilisers removed almost immediately, Christopher has been cycling obsessed, enjoying nothing more than riding a great trail with great company.
Christopher played numerous team sports during his school years but always chose to ride mountain bikes on the selection of local trails available from his doorstep outside of his education.
Having been riding for almost two decades despite still having youth on his side, Christopher has ridden and raced around the UK and previously climbed the top step of the podium at the Scottish Champs, Kinlochleven, in Senior men. Through numerous races, work and cycling related socialising at the Ard Rock events, he met Mick Kirkman (fellow contributor) and now has a deep portfolio of modelling for the magazine and a variety of brands. With this experience he’s been able to ride a plethora of bikes and gain a great understanding of all things good, or bad, about modern mountain bikes.
With trails almost immediately out of the door, he’s guilty of spending, arguably, far too much time within a very small radius of where he’s grown up but, also enjoys trips to Dyfi bike park, the Tweed Valley or further afield to Finale Ligure, Pila or Molini which are just a few of his favourite destinations to ride.
