The winners of the renowned Highlands-based enduro to get automatic invite to EWS 2017
No Fuss Events have announced that the Kinlochleven Enduro on 20 November 2016, will be the UK’s only Enduro World Series Qualifier event for the 2017 series.
The Enduro World Series is notoriously difficult to secure an entry to so this announcement will no doubt see the Kinlochleven Enduro sell out in record time as people and pro riders chase an elusive place at EWS 2017.

The Kinlochleven Enduro is held in Fort William and Lochaber and as such is one of the more remote and far-flung mountain bike enduros on the UK calendar. It’s pretty big mountain stuff.
Despite being in the Scottish Highlands – and there ace happening in November – the organisers typically do an impressive job of designing all-weather stages.

No Fuss Events and EWS have cooperated before in similar ways. No Fuss Events also put on the POC Scottish Enduro Series and with that series have been working with the Enduro World Series organisers for the past couple of seasons where the male and female winners of the POC Scottish Enduro Series have secured a place in the following year’s EWS.
This new Kinlochleven Enduro arrangement appears to replace and supersede the POC Scottish Enduro Series EWS qualification.

No Fuss Events’ Frazer Coupland said “We are delighted to be hosting this qualifier event. We have a rider-focused approach to our events, ensuring it is the experience and quality of riding that really counts. We have no doubt that the trails and the stages in Kinlochleven will deliver and riders will be able to enjoy the very best of the Highlands in November.”

Chris Ball, Director of the Enduro World Series, said: “It is fantastic to strengthen this relationship further by working with No Fuss Events on the only UK EWS Qualifier event for the 2017 series, part of our new qualifying system that incorporates 18 global venues from Mexico to New Zealand. As a Scotsman myself, it’s also an honour to be able to showcase the world renowned big mountain backdrop with No Fuss Events in the iconic Kinlochleven.”
