Bike Park Wales, the huge mtb development at Gethin, near Merthyr Tydfil, opens on August 24 — and here’s part one in a documentary series about how you turn a hillside into a full-scale mountain bike park, complete with a plethora of trails, uplift and posh visitor centre.

We were lucky enough to ride the park a couple of weeks, so look out for a full feature in the September issue of MBR, out on August 21. In the meantime, get yourself a brew, watch this, and get very, very excited.
