Don’t be put off by the picture of the matt black Rampage helmet on the Fox website as it looks way better in the flesh. Venting is good, and the peak can be pushed up high enough to emulate the Troy Lee styling. Looks aside, the main things that we liked about the Fox Rampage are that it’s comfortable, relatively light and doesn’t move around when you’re pinballing down the trail. If you’re looking for a budget helmet that isn’t as bulky as the Remedy, then the Fox Rampage fits the bill. As worn by magazine-sponsored teams everywhere.
