Filling the middle ground in Specialized’s winter glove range, the Deflect uses a stretchy outer shell with an internal windproof membrane. Sizing is generous, a bonus for those with shovels for hands who struggle to find gloves to fit. A pad protects the ulnar nerve, while the rest of the palm is bare, bar small silicon pads on the fingertips. Simply, gloves that do the job.
